Add your products
Five short steps per product: what it is, what it comes in, its price, its stock, and how it shows on the store. Or bring many at once from a spreadsheet.
On this page
01What it is
Choose New product. Give it a Product name, a Category, a Description and, if it has one, a Brand.
Add photo for each picture. Photos are resized to 1,600 pixels and made light for phones, and the first is the cover.
02What it comes in
Pick what varies, such as size or colour. For anything else, choose Something else: name what varies, choose how it shows on the store (a list, colour swatches or sizes), and whether shoppers can filter by it.
03Price
The price can be the same for every variant, different by one option, or different for each. Set the Price, and if you like, the Cost and a Was price.
A Wholesale price comes with the Scale plan.
04Stock
Type how many you have at each location. Fill all gives every variant the same number, or makes new SKUs for them.
05On the store
- Status: Active is for sale (the default), Draft is still being written, Inactive is off the store.
- Switch on Featured on the home page, Show a “New” badge, or Presale to take orders before it lands. Add Tags to group it.
Then choose Put on the store. If something is missing, it says so, for example “Give it a price before it goes on the store”.
06Many at once, from a spreadsheet
Catalogue › Import CSV comes with the Growth and Scale plans.
- Choose Download the template, or use your own: CSV or XLSX, one row per variant, up to 5,000 rows. The first row is the column names; prices in cedis, stock in whole numbers.
- Choose a file, then match your columns to name, options, SKU, price, cost, category, brand, stock, description and tags.
- Check what will change, then import.
What happens to each row: a SKU you already have gets its new price, cost and stock. A new SKU comes in as a draft. A category you don't have yet is created. A row without a price is skipped.
07Later on
Each product's menu has Edit, Duplicate (as a draft), Hide from store, Archive and Delete. A deleted product can be restored for 30 days.
